| Fee Schedule:
The fee range will generally be between $1,500.00 and $3,000.00 for our 18 piece Big Band (2 hour performance, within 100 miles from Heber Springs). Performance fees will vary depending on the time frame of the event, and the distance from Heber Springs, Arkansas.
Other fees will apply for extra long playing times, or long travel distances.
A contract will need to be signed and returned with a $100.00 deposit toward any performance fees determined in the contract. Deposits will be refunded providing that an event is cancelled prior to two weeks (14 calendar days) before the event. Any event cancelled closer than two weeks prior to the contract performance date, will NOT be refunded any deposit amount.
